St Mary's House, Tenby - Details

St Mary's House is located half way down St Mary's Street, right in the town centre and a stone's throw from the Paragon Beach at the end of our road.  We are the tallest house on the street and Grade II listed.  We have always had a 4 Star rating from the Welsh Tourist Board.

Living Rooms:

We have two very spacious living rooms.  The living room on the ground floor at the front of the house is linked to the large kitchen/dining room with range cooker.

The living room on the first floor is comfortable, sunny and has a large Smart TV, book case and games cupboard.

Kitchen and Dining Room:

The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need.  There's a large range cooker with two ovens, a fabulous larder, big fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a huge dining table that comfortably seats 12.

We have a high chair and a travel cot available on request.

Bedrooms:

On the 1st floor there is one bedroom with a king sized double and ensuite shower room

On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms - a king sized double with a bath/shower and a twin room with a walk-in shower.

On the 3rd floor there are three bedrooms - a king sized double with a walk-in shower; a twin room with a shower and a double room with an additional single bed and bath with shower.

Laundry Room:

Off the half landing between ground and first floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board, iron and washing lines. 

Parking: 

You can park outside the house to load and unload.

Cars can be parked in the Seafront Car Park a five minute walk away and just outside the town walls. 

Other nearby car parks: Five Arches Car Park located opposite the 5 Arches town wall entrance (short stay only) or in the long-term parking of the multi-story car park next to Sainsbury’s supermarket. 

We normally use the Seafront Car Park located at the end of South Cliff Street.  Once you have paid you can come and go as you wish and it’s large enough that there’s normally spaces.  Parking machines take cash, contactless and credit cards.  Pay by phone is not currently available.

Outside Space:

There is a small enclosed yard at the back of the house next to the kitchen/dining room where you can hang wetsuits, damp towels and rinse sandy feet etc.  Our main outdoor space is the Paragon Beach which is just at the end of our road.  

Pedestrianisation in July and August

St Mary’s House is located within the town walls and every summer the Walled Town is pedestrianised between 11am – 5.30pm each day from the 1st Monday in July to the 2nd Friday in September.

We have a special access pass so that you can drop off and pick up from inside the town walls during these hours.

We are a pet free zone - due to allergies I'm afraid we can't accept dogs/pets.
