This privately owned, large and very comfortable Grade II listed Georgian town house is located in Tenby's historic town centre on a quiet street within the old town walls and only a stone's throw from the beautiful South Beach. The local amenities are all within easy walking distance. The living accommodation is spacious and comfortable and consists of two sitting rooms and a large well equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a separate laundry room and a small enclosed patio/courtyard. Both living rooms have good sized flat screen Smart TVs with BT Vision free view channels. The ground floor living room has a wood/coal burning stove for use in the colder months.

Tenby is probably the most iconic and photographed seaside town in Wales with stunning Blue Flag beaches, medieval town walls, quaint streets and alleyways, beautiful Georgian and Victorian houses and plenty of excellent restaurants, pubs and bars.

Tenby harbour has a thriving boating and fishing community as well as the departure point for the Caldey island boats and also the fishing and pleasure tips.

Tenby has excellent communications including a railway station with a two hourly service from Swansea or the ferry port at Pembroke Dock. Bus services operate all along the south coast and inland to Haverfordwest and Kilgetty.
